Part I * The Web *
Informative content on your web pages is the root of it all...

Read Intro to see what you will not find here. This is my Web-Diary and speak about what was or is wrong with my sites. Maybe you will find it beneficial, because something is wrong with your webpages too. If you believe that your pages are perfect, don't read anything. You are beoynd help. To write is a madness. To read is a madness. Trees do not do it. There must be more in us besides being alive. To be a human is a madness of an animal. To be alive is a madness of a stone. Oh, we are not together, brothers and sisters. And this is why we die. We are getting there -- and there is a chance for resurrection. We are geting closer every day.... If you do not like Bible, read Kant, read Plato. Read about holy madness. There is nothing new in what I am saying. There is no spider without his web. Without the web it dead. You still think that it's a metaphora? Wrong. Your resurrection won't take place without others, their time, their interest, their will. How many do I have to catch? All.
SummaryFour decades ago, G. Miller offered a general rule of thumb that the span of immediate memory is about 7 +/- 2 items. When people are asked to distinguish between different tones, if the number of tones presented is over about 5, their accuracy at this task decreases rapidly. When asked to recall a series of unrelated words or numbers, people fail when the size of the series increases to 6 or 7. In other words, the span of immediate memory imposes severe limitations on the number of items we are able to receive, process and remember. Although there has been much controversy over the "magic number 7", as it is often referred to, G. Miller recognized that by organizing items into categorical units or chunks, we can at least stretch an apparent short-term memory bottleneck. 2007 --Notes3.20.03: How many times I thought that my "webbing" is over! That I can focus on writing only... I write about only things I can use myself![ list ]

Did I tell you that from now on you have to understand every word literaly? And I mean it, friends.
"Web" is a web! The inner connections. How much you can be connected to yourself. Your website is a part of this giant WWW. But you have to build it tight; you have to keep them in.
Who do you think you build your website for? For me! To catch me, yeah! But you are always the first to get in your web. Go and watch the spider; he is the biggest prisoner in his net!
Write tips:Yes, the traffic is the energy! The life!
That's the Part II -- The Net.
That's where they come from....
About Page: Always include an about page on your site.
Don't be afraid to tell your story and let people know who you are and how you arrived where you are.
Opening yourself up and letting people know who you are adds an element of trust. It exposes your personality, capabilities and knowledge. All factors that let your readers know you are genuine.Include all your contact information: Let your visitors know that you are available.
Encourage questions, email and phone calls. Include your name, address and phone number.
If you can, it's also helpful to place a photo on your site. Familiarity is key and it can add one more link in the ladder of trust.Headlines: Create compelling headlines. Peak the interest of your readers. This is your chance to grab their attention and incite them to read on.
Don't be flashy or obnoxious. Simply tell it like it is. Capture their attention with descriptive, informative words. Get your readers involved in your information. Ask questions. Make them think.
You might be surprised to learn that just one compelling headline can bring instant sales almost overnight.Create your meta tags: This is the first place I look when people tell me they aren't getting visitors. I often see sites that have no title or description tag or the tags don't follow the suggested guidelines for proper setup.
Testimonials: Solicit feedback from buyers you've had. Ask them to write a small testimonial that you can place on your site. This goes a long way to help convince your visitor that your products and services are sound.
Linking: Reciprocal linking is a common and effective tactic for obtaining search engine status and page rank but it's also the most time consuming. It requires making contacts, following up with contacts and updating your website.
While reciprocal linking is an excellent way of establishing page rank it's not the only way. Page rank can also be established by submitting your site to directories, writing articles and setting up blogs.
Don't underestimate the power of website links. Take the extra few hours a day and get your site noticed.
At first, you will be the only visitor on your pages.
Okay, let talk about why you do not have visitors.
The answer is simple. Your pages stink. You built them WRONG. That's the first diagnose.
It saves time.
It gives your pages the uniformity!
What else do you see?
Only a year ago I began to place the floating frames (top left); it became a part of the template (you have to redo them many times). Open with the right mouse "View Source" and see the code. It's small and simple, but in return I do not have to worry about updating my list of pages. I have to have index page in each directory and change it only once!
All WEB Directories MUST have Intro and Notes pages.
And DICTIONARY; people have to understand you. You want to be understood. Do you undertsand yourself? Do you understand what you are doing?
You should. You are your fisrt reader.
